A person aggrieved from any act done or
action taken under this Chapter may make a lawsuit as follows:

(a) In the case of the circumstance referred to in Section
36, within three months after the date on which such
act was done or action taken,
(b) In the case of the circumstance referred to in subsection
(5) of Section 40, within one year after the date
of knowledge of such an act or action,
(c) In any circumstance other than that referred to in
clauses (a) and (b), within six months after the date on
which such an act was done or action taken.
